Josh worked on large-scale construction projects with Laing O'Rourke, and pursued a creative path as a furniture maker, working as a cabinetmaker and fabricator for bespoke 3D design companies. Currently works as a site manager for a Cheltenham-based construction company. Josh has been bouldering and climbing for 6 years.
