Crowdfunding vouchers redeemable over time, allow a facility to be brought into commons ownership without debt. At the moment, for a community to get the funds, we need to go into debt or give away equity. Instead, we can issue vouchers denominated in single-use, monthly or yearly access to the gym which is how most climbing facilities operate. We will sell them in bulk at a discount, and you get an affordable climbing gym in return.
